Nougatsauce




✈ Zutaten (500 ml)




• 500 mL Rahm (35%)
• 200 gr Nuss-Nougatmasse
• 100 gr Schokolade (Edelbitter, 85% Cacao)
• 100 mL Amaretto (Italienischer Mandellikör)
• Salz





✈ Zubereitung




Den Rahm langsam erhitzen. Nougat und Schokolade darin unter Rühren schmelzen. Amaretto untermischen und mit Salz abschmecken.
