✈ Zutaten (599 ml ≈ 3 Portionen)



• 400 gr. Tomatensauce
• 150 gr. Rahm (35%)
• 60 gr. Parmesan, Grana Padano
• 15 gr. Petersilie
• 0.3 gr. Pfeffer, aus der Mühle




✈ Zubereitung



Petersilie waschen, abzupfen und fein hacken.

Sodann alle Zutaten sehr vorsichtig miteinander vermischen. Am besten warm servieren. Und zwar zu Pasta, Reis, Meatballs, ...
